How to make
- 1. Cut the squid into pieces, then stir-fry until tender, remove, mix with cabbage & green onions, add a little salt, stir & set aside.
- 2. Combine flour, cornstarch, powdered milk, sugar, salt & powdered broth. Then add water & eggs, mix well. Finally add the baking powder, stir.
- 3. Heat a takoyaki pan, grease it with oil, then add the batter, add the stuffing as well. Before the dough hardens, turn the dough over. Cook until well done.
- 4. Serve with sauce & toppings.
