Tauhwa Ginger Sauce
Ingredients for Tauhwa Ginger Sauce
- 1 liter of ready-to-drink soy milk.
- 4 g agar² powder.
- 10 gr cornstarch.
Ginger Sauce
- 200 gr brown sugar comb.
- 2 sheets of pandan leaves.
- 60 gr ginger in geprek.
- 800 ml of water.
How to Make Tofu with Ginger Sauce
- 1. Mix all the tofu ingredients, then cook until boiling. Set aside until it becomes a set.
- 2 . Mix all the ginger sauce ingredients, then cook until boiling. Turn off the stove. After it's a bit warm, it can be filtered.
- 3 . Take enough tauhwa. Serve with warm ginger sauce. ENJOY .
