Ingredients

  • 10 Fruits of White Tofu
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • Enough water

Dry Material For Coating

  • 100 gr all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Broth Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

How to make

  • 1. Cut the tofu into 4 parts, then soak briefly in water that has been mixed with 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • 2. Fry tofu until cooked, remove and drain, let stand until cold.
  • 3. Cut the tofu on one side, then remove the inside of the tofu filling. Do not throw away the contents, it can be processed into other foods.
  • 4. Mix all dry ingredients for coating, mix well. Then coat the tofu that has been removed with the coating until smooth.
  • 5. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until dry, remove and drain.
  • 6. Let cool, crispy tofu chips are ready to be served or stored in an airtight jar.
