Ingredients

  • 500gr mackerel meat
  • 50cc egg white
  • 250cc ice water
  • 350gr-400gr sago tani / tapioca (adjust).
  • 3 cloves white onion, puree.
  • Salt, mushroom broth to taste.

Method

  • Knead fish with egg white and ice water.
  • Add salt, mushroom broth and white onion, mix well.
  • Add enough sago mix well.
  • Coat hands and cutting board with sago.
  • Divide the dough according to taste (sy, 50gr).
  • Cylindrical shape.
  • Boil in boiling water that has been given a little salt.
  • Cook until cooked / float.
  • Lift and drain.
  • Serve mpek lenjer with your favorite sauce."
