Mini Lens
Ingredients
- 500gr mackerel meat
- 50cc egg white
- 250cc ice water
- 350gr-400gr sago tani / tapioca (adjust).
- 3 cloves white onion, puree.
- Salt, mushroom broth to taste.
Method
- Knead fish with egg white and ice water.
- Add salt, mushroom broth and white onion, mix well.
- Add enough sago mix well.
- Coat hands and cutting board with sago.
- Divide the dough according to taste (sy, 50gr).
- Cylindrical shape.
- Boil in boiling water that has been given a little salt.
- Cook until cooked / float.
- Lift and drain.
- Serve mpek lenjer with your favorite sauce."
