Martabak Dumpling Rolls
Ingredients
- 15 pieces of dumpling skin
- 2 chicken eggs
- 4 beef meatballs, cut into small squares
- cabbage, finely sliced
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- Mushroom broth to taste
- Salt to taste
- Right amount of oil
Ground spices
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 clove of garlic
How to make
- 1. Prepare a container, mix all ingredients and spices (except for the dumpling skin). Stir until smooth
- 2. Take a piece of dumpling skin, then put 1 tablespoon of dough into the center
- 3. Rub the water around the dumpling skin.. Then roll it slowly and press "on both ends.. Do it until all the dough runs out
- 4. Fry the wonton martabak in hot oil until golden yellow
- 5. Lift and serve
