Cheese Yogurt Muffin

Material A

  • 280 gr low protein flour
  • 26 gr milk powder (1 small sachet)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • tsp baking soda
  • tsp salt
  • 90 g cheddar cheese (diced)
  • 90 g cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 50 gr Sukade (optional)

Material B

  • 2 large eggs
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 60 gr melted butter
  • 250 gr plain yogurt
  • 60 g vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste

Sprinkled

  • Grated Cheddar Cheese to taste

How to make

  • 1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients A, mix well, set aside
  • 2. Another bowl, mix ingredients B, stir until well blended
  • 3. Enter the mixture of ingredients B into ingredients A slowly, mix well just use a spatula. Do not stir too long, if there are still lumps, that's okay.
  • 4. Pour into muffin cups, garnish with a sprinkling of grated cheese. Bake at 180⁰C, top and bottom, for 25 minutes or until cooked
