Cheese Yogurt Muffin
Material A
- 280 gr low protein flour
- 26 gr milk powder (1 small sachet)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- tsp baking soda
- tsp salt
- 90 g cheddar cheese (diced)
- 90 g cheddar cheese (grated)
- 50 gr Sukade (optional)
Material B
- 2 large eggs
- 150 gr sugar
- 60 gr melted butter
- 250 gr plain yogurt
- 60 g vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
Sprinkled
- Grated Cheddar Cheese to taste
How to make
- 1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients A, mix well, set aside
- 2. Another bowl, mix ingredients B, stir until well blended
- 3. Enter the mixture of ingredients B into ingredients A slowly, mix well just use a spatula. Do not stir too long, if there are still lumps, that's okay.
- 4. Pour into muffin cups, garnish with a sprinkling of grated cheese. Bake at 180⁰C, top and bottom, for 25 minutes or until cooked
