Ingredients for Coffee Pudding (Inner / Small Pan 18cm)

  • 3 sachets to make it white
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 200 cc of UHT milk
  • 300 cc whipping cream
  • 3 packs of mochacino coffee
  • 1 tbsp Essence coffee
  • -100 gr egg whites, beaten stiff
  • – coffee flavored biscuits/any flavor

How to make

  • Stir in dry ingredients, add milk & whipcream.. heat until boiling.. Add hot pudding to egg white mixture then mix again until well blended.. Take a little dough, put piping bag for polka dot motif..
  • Pour the rest in a small baking pan.. freeze

Material Choco Pudding (Big Pan 24cm Uk)

  • 3 packs of white jelly
  • 175 gr sugar
  • 25 gr cocoa powder (I substitute 50 gr dark chocolate)
  • 200 gr dark chocolate (I replaced 300gr milo powder)
  • 900 ml UHT milk
  • 400 ml whip cream
  • 2 tsp coffee essence
  • 2 egg yolks

Solution

  • Stir all ingredients and heat until it boils
  • Pour a little into the polka dot-decorated baking sheet.. let it harden a bit.. then add the inner coffee pudding (step 1), flush again half the pan, let it harden a bit again.. finally flush all the rest of the pudding.. freeze
