Sesame Fried Bread
Ingredients
- 250 gr medium protein flour
- 60 gr sugar
- 25 gr butter
- 25 g milk powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 ml of warm water
- 1 tsp instant yeast

Method
- 1. Dissolve yeast with warm water and a little sugar, mix well, set aside, wait until foamy.
- 2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, milk powder, butter, egg yolk, stir and knead briefly then add the yeast solution little by little, knead until elastic.
- 3. Once elastic, round the dough and cover it with plastic wrap/napkin for 1 hour until it expands.
- 4. Deflate the dough, divide by 50 grams each then fill with stuffing, round it, let stand for 15 minutes.
- 5. then coat with sesame fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden and then ready to serve.
- Yield 10 pcs.
