Coconut Chocolate Balls (no Oven, No Mixer)

coconut chocolate balls (no oven, no mixer)

Coconut Chocolate Ball Ingredients (No Oven, No Mixer)

  • 1 pack of Rom coconut biscuits* (300gr)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 8-10 tablespoons white skim (until the dough can be picked up)
  • Chocolate jam to taste, I use chocolate jam from @ken_bakingingredients_official

Dyeing Material

  • Chocolate skim to taste
  • (Because @ken_bakingingredients_official still has chocolate jam, so I mix it with the skim)

Coating Material

  • 150 grams of grated coconut, squeeze the water, roast until dry.
  • (Can buy ready made)

How to Make Coconut Chocolate Balls (No Oven, No Mixer)

  • Put the biscuits into the plastic, mash with a pestle, if you want to be practical use a chopper, add melted margarine, stir until it can be formed.
  • Take a little dough round it, then press the center, filled with chocolate jam (it's easier to put it in a plastic triangle), then round it again, apply it to the dye, then roll it into the dry coconut, put it in a container, keep it in the fridge, wait until it sets. Ready to be served.
  • Note: Delicious served cold. Always keep it in the fridge if you have leftovers
