Bolen Choco Mousse
Choco Mousse Ingredients
- 1/2 can of SKM chocolate @cap_enaak
- 5 tbsp cornstarch
- 500 ml boiled water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Bolen Leather
- Ingredients 1:
- —100 gr high protein flour
- —75 gr butter
- —1 tbsp cooking oil
- Material 2:
- —200 gr high protein flour
- —1 tbsp white SKM @cap_enaak
- —70 ml of water
- —75 gr butter
Spread
- A. Choco mousse
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan
- 2. Stir well using a whisk, after blending, turn on the heat, cook until it boils thickly, while continuing to stir. Once cooked, turn off the heat. Let the steam go

- B. Bolen :
- 1. Mix ingredients 1 until smooth, rest the dough (cover with cloth / put in the refrigerator) about 15 minutes. After that divide the dough into 16 parts

- 4. Then fill in the chopped choco mousse. Fold like an envelope
- 5. Grease with oil
- 6. Oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until cooked
