Garlic Cheese Cookies

Ingredients

  • 150 gr butter
  • 100gr margarine
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder (garlic powder)
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 100gr edam cheese (can replace cheddar)
  • 230gr low pro flour (sifted)
  • 30gr cornstarch (sifted)
  • 60gr milk powder (sifted)

Spread

  • Egg Yolks

Sprinkled

  • Grated cheese
  • Parsley Powder

How to make

  • 1. mix butter, margarine and edam cheese, stir with wihks until well blended.
  • 2. Then add the flour and mix with a spatula until well combined and smooth.
  • 3. Add the garlic powder and parsley, mix well, lastly add the milk powder and cornstarch and stir until well combined.
  • 4. Take 10gr of dough and round it, flatten it (you can roll it and then print it too) then brush it with egg yolk, sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley powder.
  • 5. oven at a temperature of 150-160 celsius from top to bottom, or adjust your oven accordingly. After it cools down, put it in the jar and it's ready to serve
