Material A

  • 96 gr liquid milk
  • 5 g instant yeast
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 30 g sugar

Material B

  • 200 gr chakra flour
  • 1 tsp milk powder

Material C

  • 10 gr skim
  • 25 gr butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Spread

  • -1 Kutel + 1 Tbsp Liquid Milk

Mayo topping ingredients mix well

  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp skm
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (you can skip it)

Additional Ingredients

  • Sufficient Shredded

How to make

  • -mix the ingredients A with a spatula/wooden spoon. Then add the ingredients B, mix well until well blended / half smooth then cover with a clean cloth let stand 15 minutes
  • - Enter ingredient C then knead until elastic
  • -if using hands, knead while the dough is slamming until it becomes elastic.(approximately 7 minutes/lb)
  • -cover with a clean cloth let stand for 45-1 hours
  • - divide the dough @ 40 gr (according to taste) then let stand 15 minutes
  • - Flatten the dough, roll the dough lengthwise or shape according to taste. Then arrange on a baking sheet that has been greased and lined with parchment paper
  • -cover with a cloth and let it double in size
  • - Brush with oil, bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes or until cooked
  • -cool on a cooling rack
  • -prepare the spread, rub the top of the bread with mayo then roll it over the shredded
  • -bread ready to be served
