Ingredients

  • 300 gr high protein flour
  • 40 g sugar
  • 5 g instant yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 130 ml of warm milk
  • 35 gr margarine
  • 1/4 tsp salt

How to make

  • Mix milk, sugar, yeast & eggs then add flour, stir until smooth, knead 5 minutes
  • Add margarine & salt, knead for 15 minutes, it doesn't have to be very smooth, it doesn't matter, the result is still soft
  • Cover the napkin for 5 minutes, then flatten it into 16 parts, you can weigh it too (I don't weigh it)
  • Then rounding, let stand another 20 minutes or until fluffy..
  • Sprinkle with flour then flatten and make a hole in the middle, let stand 5 minutes then fry on low heat, turn 1 time then remove and drain, sprinkle sugar or topping according to taste..
