Soft Donuts Without Mixer
Ingredients
- 300 gr high protein flour
- 40 g sugar
- 5 g instant yeast
- 1 egg
- 130 ml of warm milk
- 35 gr margarine
- 1/4 tsp salt
How to make
- Mix milk, sugar, yeast & eggs then add flour, stir until smooth, knead 5 minutes
- Add margarine & salt, knead for 15 minutes, it doesn't have to be very smooth, it doesn't matter, the result is still soft
- Cover the napkin for 5 minutes, then flatten it into 16 parts, you can weigh it too (I don't weigh it)
- Then rounding, let stand another 20 minutes or until fluffy..
- Sprinkle with flour then flatten and make a hole in the middle, let stand 5 minutes then fry on low heat, turn 1 time then remove and drain, sprinkle sugar or topping according to taste..
