Ingredients

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 90 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 6 grams of black civet coffee @kopiluwakofficial
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 170 grams of wheat flour
  • 15 grams of cocoa powder
  • 30 grams of cornstarch
  • tsp salt

Stuffing

  • Strawberry Jam

How to make

  • 1. First dissolve ground coffee with hot water. Chill.
  • 2. Stir with a whisk with butter and powdered sugar. Stir until creamy.
  • 3. Add the egg yolks. Stir again until smooth.
  • 4. Add the coffee solution. Stir again until smooth.
  • 5. Add all dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt. Knead with a wooden spoon or spatula until smooth or easy to shape.
  • 6. Roll out the dough then print a whole heart shape and a heart shape with a center hole.
  • 7. Bake at 150C until cooked according to the character of each oven.
  • 8. Once cooked cool.
  • 9. Take a whole heart-shaped cake, spread the jam and then stack the heart-shaped cake with a hole in the middle.
