Crunchy Mini Choconut Cookies (famous Amos Style)
Ingredients
- 150 gr butter
- 80 gr sugar
- 30 gr brown sugar
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 tsp chocolate paste
- 220 gr blue key flour
- 50 gr cornstarch
- 30 gr cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 80 gr roasted/oven peanuts, chopped
- 60 gr chocochips
How to make
- 1. Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until soft, about 1 minute using a low speed mixer / whisk. Add eggs, salt, vanilla paste and chocolate paste and mix until combined.
- 2. Enter the flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and baking soda while filtering, mix well with a spatula.
- 3. Add chopped nuts and chocochips, mix well.
- 4. Prepare a baking sheet, grease with butter. With the help of a small spoon, take a spoonful of dough (me: 7gr) and arrange on a baking sheet.
- 5. Bake at 180c for 20 minutes or until cooked (adjust your oven). Wait for it to cool before putting it in the jar.
