Duo Cheese Layered Brownies

Ingredients

  • 200 grams egg white
  • 100 grams of palm sugar
  • 1 tsp emulsifier/ SP/Ovalet
  • 75 grams of margarine
  • 75 grams peanut butter
  • 100 grams of medium protein flour
  • 10 grams of powdered milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate paste
  • 3 slices of cheese

How to make

  • 1. Heat margarine until melted, add peanut butter, stir until well blended. Set aside.
  • 2. Beat egg whites, sugar and sp until slightly stiff (crested).
  • 3. Add flour and milk powder, mix well. Add liquid margarine, mix well.
  • 4. Divide the dough into two, add cocoa powder and cocoa paste in one of the dough.
  • 5. Pour the brown dough into a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and smeared with margarine, steamed for 10 minutes. Once cooked, place the cheese on top and steam for 5 minutes. After that pour the remaining dough, steam again for 10 to 15 minutes.
