  • 200 gr Glutinous Flour
  • 50 ml Coconut Milk @karasantan.id

How to Make Gomak Flour Cake

  • 1. Roast green beans until golden brown, remove and let cool. After that blender until smooth and strain. Set aside.
  • 2. Combine all ingredients to make Coconut core, then cook on medium heat, until Coconut core is solid. Remove and cool.
  • 3. Combine all the ingredients to make the skin, mix well and knead the dough until it is soft and can be pulverized.
  • 4. Take a sufficient amount of skin dough, flatten it. Fill it with coconut core then shape it into a round and flatten it. Make it done.
  • 5. Bring the water to a boil. Boil the cake, until it floats (a sign that it is cooked). Lift and drain
  • 6. Roll the cake into the Baluran until it is covered with green bean flour. Make to completion and serve.
