Cut Mocha Cake
Ingredients
- – 100 gr medium protein flour
- - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- - 100 gr sugar
- – 100 gr melted butter
- – 4 medium size eggs
- – 3 tbsp ZEALANDO milk powder
- – 1 tsp vanilla powder
- – 1 tbsp SP
- – 1 tsp mocca paste/to taste
How to make
- 1. Mixer eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla powder and SP with the highest speed for about 10 minutes until thick white streaks
- 2. Enter the flour, cornstarch, milk powder ZEALANDO, enter little by little while sifting, then mixer on the lowest speed for a moment until just blended
- 3. Enter the melted butter, stir with a spatula until well blended, add the mocca paste, stir again until well blended
- 4. Prepare a 20×20 tin that has been smeared with a little margarine and lined with baking paper, pour the dough until it runs out
- 5. Bake in the oven until cooked according to each oven, and don't forget to preheat the oven first
- 6. After it's cooked, remove the cake from the pan while it's hot, let it cool
- 7. After it cools, brush with butter cream and add toppings according to your taste
Butter Cream
- – 200 gr butter
- – 75 grams of powdered sugar
- – 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- – a little mocha paste
