Nougat Milk Cream Donut

Ingredients

  • 4 donuts without a hole in the middle
  • 50 gr whip cream powder
  • 100 ml ice water
  • 1 sachet of sweet thick

Nougat Ingredients

  • 75 g coarsely chopped nuts that have been roasted
  • 75 gr sugar

How to Make Nougat

  • Cook the sugar on Teflon, let it melt. Don't stir it all the time.. just shake the Teflon occasionally.
  • Wait for the sugar to melt and the color to turn brown.
  • Add chopped nuts, mix well. Remove, pour on baking paper, smooth.
  • Wait for it to cool put in the refrigerator. When it's hard, puree / mash coarsely. Nougat is ready to go.

Solution

  • * Whisk whipcream powder with ice water until stiff, add some nougat, mix well. You can put it in the freezer first to make it stiffer.
  • * Split the donut but don't let it break up, spread sweet thick on the inside, spray with whipcream, smooth. Topping the nougat covers the entire side of the whipcream.
  • * Serve cold is better.
