Gem Rose (monas Cookie)
Monas Cookie Ingredients
- 150 gr butter blend anchor (original recipe 125gr margarine 25gr butter)
- 40 g of powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 25 gr milk powder (can replace wheat flour if you don't like milk)
- 225 gr low protein flour
- 15 gr cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Icing Sugar Ingredients
- 1 egg white (35-37ml)
- 130-170 grams of powdered sugar
How to Make Monas Cookies
- 1. Mixer butter and margarine and sugar for 2 minutes, add egg yolks and mix as long as it's mixed, just add dry ingredients, milk, flour, cornstarch, sifted vanilla, stir with a spatula until combined
- 2. Round the 4gr dough, flatten it a little on the side, buy a line using a fork/toothpick, do it until all the dough runs out
- 3. Bake at 150 degrees 20 minutes on top of the fire until slightly browned, remove and let cool
- 4. Make the icing sugar, mix the egg whites and sugar until white and stiff, add the coloring according to your taste, put it in a piping bag, spray it on the cookies, I use a star syringe, put it in the oven at 100 degrees for 25 minutes, hold it, don't stick, and eat it crispy.
