Ingredients
- 360 gr High Protein Flour (sy, komachi)
- 40 gr cornstarch
- 40 gr sugar
- 6 gr Instant Yeast
- 40 gr Sweet Condensed Creamer (SKM)
- 1 btr Egg + water up to a total of 225 ml (if it is still dry, you can add a little)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 50 gr Margarine (sy, butter)
For Frying
- 1 : 1 Cooking Oil And Solid Oil
For Sprinkles
- 3 : 1 Caster Sugar And Donut Sugar
How to make
- 1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, sugar and instant yeast, mix well
- 2. Enter the SKM and then pour the liquid ingredients little by little while kneading until half smooth. Stop pouring the liquid ingredients, if you feel the softness is right or you can add a little bit if it feels like it's still hard.
- 3. Add butter and salt, knead until elastic.
- 4. Divide and weigh the dough @ 40 gr, round until smooth and neat. Arrange sequentially in a baking dish (I, each lined with baking paper that has been dusted with a little flour)
- 5. Take the first round of dough, press gently until it is slightly flat (sy, with a rolling pin) the size of a donut mold, then print with a donut mold. Continue until the dough runs out. Rest until the dough is light and has almost tripled in size.
- 6. Heat the ingredients for frying over low heat. Add the donuts (when you first add the donuts, use very low heat, after the donuts have fully expanded, the fire can be raised slightly). Fry the donuts until golden, turning the donuts one time so they don't absorb too much oil. Lift and drain.
- After the donuts have cooled, sprinkle them with the topping. Serve.
