Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • All-purpose cheese filling
  • Grated cheese
  • Sugar

How to make

  • 1. Cut the puff pastry sheet lengthwise into 15 parts
  • 2. Take 1 part of puff pastry, pull it lengthwise and wrap it around the cheese filling, place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or smeared with margarine, do it until it runs out
  • 3. Brush the surface of the cheese roll with egg yolk, sprinkle with cheese and sugar
  • 4. Bake in preheated oven at 180-200C for 20-25 minutes.

Multipurpose Cheese Stuffing Ingredients

  • 85gr flour
  • 70gr powdered sugar
  • 100gr cheese (70gr cheddar + 30gr parmesan powder)
  • 50gr butter
  • 20gr milk powder

How to make stuffing

  • Roast the flour until light (about 10 minutes)
  • Mix with other ingredients until well blended, grind and store in the freezer until set, cut lengthwise into 15 parts
