Mini Cheese Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- All-purpose cheese filling
- Grated cheese
- Sugar
How to make
- 1. Cut the puff pastry sheet lengthwise into 15 parts
- 2. Take 1 part of puff pastry, pull it lengthwise and wrap it around the cheese filling, place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or smeared with margarine, do it until it runs out
- 3. Brush the surface of the cheese roll with egg yolk, sprinkle with cheese and sugar
- 4. Bake in preheated oven at 180-200C for 20-25 minutes.
Multipurpose Cheese Stuffing Ingredients
- 85gr flour
- 70gr powdered sugar
- 100gr cheese (70gr cheddar + 30gr parmesan powder)
- 50gr butter
- 20gr milk powder
How to make stuffing
- Roast the flour until light (about 10 minutes)
- Mix with other ingredients until well blended, grind and store in the freezer until set, cut lengthwise into 15 parts
