Shrimp Stuffed Cake
Ingredients
- 125gr chopped prawns
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic, puree
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 spring onion
- 90gr sago flour
- 10 pcs cakwe, already cooked
- Sunco cooking oil
Method
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients except cakwe and cooking oil, mix well.
- Split the top of the cake a little, give the filling, do it until it runs out. Heat the Sunco cooking oil, add the filled cakwe (filling facing down) and fry until cooked. Lift, drain. Serve.
