Ingredients

  • 125gr chopped prawns
  • 1 egg
  • 1 garlic, puree
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • 90gr sago flour
  • 10 pcs cakwe, already cooked
  • Sunco cooking oil

Method

  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients except cakwe and cooking oil, mix well.
  • Split the top of the cake a little, give the filling, do it until it runs out. Heat the Sunco cooking oil, add the filled cakwe (filling facing down) and fry until cooked. Lift, drain. Serve.
