Chocolate Layered Pumpkin Steamed Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 75 gr sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Emulsifier (sy, Ovalet)
- 85 gr medium protein flour
- 15 gr milk powder
- 75 gr steamed pumpkin, puree
- 75 ml coconut milk from 1/4 coconut, warm (sy, 50 ml instant coconut milk + water, boil while stirring until it boils, let it warm)
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Chokelat Pasta (sy, dark chokelat)
- 50 gr cooking chocolate, shaved / chocolate Meises, for sprinkling
- 1/4 Vanilli powder (sy, 1/2 tsp vanilla paste)
How to make
- 1. Finely filter the pumpkin and coconut milk. set aside
- 2. Mix and sift, flour and milk powder. set aside
- 3. Heat the steamer over medium heat.
- 4. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla paste and emulsifier until fluffy and thick. Turn off the mixer
- 5. Enter the flour mixture by sifting, stir gently using a spatula until blended
- 6. Enter the pumpkin mixture little by little, stir gently until blended
- 7. Take 1/3 part, add dark chocolate paste, stir gently until smooth
- 8. Pour the chocolate mixture up to 1/3 the height of the mold, steam for 10 minutes. Do not forget to cover the lid with a clean cloth.
- 9. After 10 minutes, remove and sprinkle with shaved cooking chocolate or meises. Then pour the pumpkin mixture on it until it's full.
- 10. Steam again for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
- Remove and after it cools, remove it from the mould.
