Method
- 1. Mix all ingredients A, knead / mix the dough until half smooth.

- 3. Rest the dough for +-30 minutes (cover with a napkin) until it has doubled in size. After rising, deflate the dough. Divide the dough into 8 parts with a weight of about 60 gr each. Allow the dough to rise lightly.
- 4. Preheat the oven 5 minutes before the dough is baked.
- 5. Just before the oven, brush the dough with liquid milk, sprinkle with white sesame.
- 6. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees fire up and down for 15-20 minutes or adjust the oven respectively.
