old school bread

Ingredients

  • 50 gr butter
  • 1/2 tsp instant yeast
  • 30 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp powdered milk
  • 150 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 450 gr chakra flour

How to cook

  • 1. Mix all ingredients except salt and butter, mix until half smooth
  • 2. Add butter and salt, knead until smooth and window pane
  • 3. Round, ferment for 1 hour
  • 4. Deflate, divide 3. Form into rolls, put in toast pan (without lid)
  • 5. Let stand again in a warm room for 30 minutes
  • 6. Preheat oven to 150°C
  • 7. Put the dough in the oven on top and bottom of 150°C for 15 minutes, then continue to 135°C for 35-45 minutes.
  • 8. Remove from pan, put on cooling rack. Cut it when it's cold.
