Mini Bread
Ingredients
- 225 gr high protein flour
- 7 g powdered milk
- 25 gr sugar
- 3 g instant yeast
- 155 gr cold full cream milk
- 2 g salt
- 20 gr butter
- Pandan paste to taste
- Mocha coffee paste to taste
How to make
- 1. Mix all ingredients except salt and butter. Knead until 1/2 smooth.
- 2. Add salt and butter, knead until elastic (test windowpane).
- 3. Divide the dough into 4, 2 parts white, 1 part add pandan paste, 1 part mocha coffee paste.
- 4. Let stand until doubled.
- 5. Deflate the dough, divide each dough into 8, round it.
- 6. Put 2 pieces of each color into the tin (so each tin has 6 rounds).
- 7. Cover the pan, let it rest for 1 hour.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 180°C, bake the bread for 20-25 minutes.
- Notes:
- Mini size 8 x 8 x 7 cm
- The total dough is about 440 grams, so each pan is 110 grams
