-cover with a clean cloth and let stand for 35 minutes or double size
-Cover the baking sheet with a lid and then bake in the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes on low heat (adjust to each oven) until cooked.
-After it's cooked, knock on the pan so that it comes out easily, then remove the bread from the pan and let it cool
