Ingredients

  • 85 grams of water
  • 90 gr liquid milk
  • 5 g instant yeast
  • 30 g sugar
  • 5 g salt
  • 290 gr high protein flour
  • 45 gr butter

How to make

  • -prepare a 18X13.5X12.5 cm white bread pan, spread thinly 2
  • -mix milk, water, instant yeast and sugar, mix well then add flour, mix well, knead half smooth then cover with a clean cloth, leave for 15 minutes
  • - Transfer the dough to a marble table, add butter and salt, knead until smooth and then round
  • - slam the dough for 5 minutes until it is elastic and not sticky then store it in a closed container with a clean cloth and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size
  • -divide the dough into 2, cover the dough with a clean cloth, let stand 15 minutes then flatten it lengthwise with a rolling pin then fold the right and left sides.
  • -do the second dough the same as the first dough
  • -cover with a clean cloth and let stand for 35 minutes or double size
  • -Cover the baking sheet with a lid and then bake in the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes on low heat (adjust to each oven) until cooked.
  • -After it's cooked, knock on the pan so that it comes out easily, then remove the bread from the pan and let it cool
