Material A

  • 6 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 150 gr tape + 2 tbsp SKM, puree
  • 100 gr wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 120 gr melted margarine
  • Pandan paste to taste

How to make

  • 1. Beat eggs, sugar, SP, vanilla and salt until thick.
  • 2. Enter the tape and pandan paste, mix well. Then flour, mix well.
  • 3. Turn off the mixer, pour the melted margarine, stir again with a spatula.
  • 4. Pour the dough into a 22 cm pan that has been smeared with margarine, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 5. Oven at 170 ° fire up and down for 40 minutes / cooked.
