Material A

  • 200 gr tape puree
  • 70 ml SKM
  • 65 ml of instant coconut milk (triangle)

Material B

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 gr sugar (me 160 gr)
  • 1 tsp SP (½ tsp)

Material C

  • 250 gr medium protein flour
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 200 gr butter/margarine melted
  • Sprinkle: cheese or raisins
  • Baking pan 22 cm

How to Make Moist Tape Sponge

  • Mix ingredients A
  • Beat ingredients B until fluffy
  • Add ingredient A, beat for 1 minute, then add ingredient C, mix with the lowest speed mixer
  • turn off the mixer, perfect the dough mixture with a spatula
  • add melted butter and mix until smooth
  • Pour into a baking pan that has been smeared with carlo or butter, sprinkle with flour (if the sultan's pan, you don't need to sprinkle trigu)
  • sprinkle it with cheese or raisins (optional)
  • Bake at a temperature of 160°c, top and bottom for 25 minutes, then lower to 140°C, top and bottom, until cooked, about 40 minutes (adjust the oven, msg2)
