Thumbprint Cheese Cookies Ingredients

  • 150 gr low protein flour (roasted dl)
  • 50 gr powdered milk
  • 50 gr cornstarch
  • 125 gr cold butter (I used full butter)
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 gr grated cheese (wind first)

Topping Material

  • Grated parmesan/cheddar cheese
  • Chocolate marmalade/ovomaltine/biskoff

How to Make Thumbprint Cheese Cookies

  • Just beat the butter & sugar for a while, add the kutel and mix well..
  • Add flour, milk, cornstarch and grated cheese.. Round the dough
  • Dip in egg white, then roll in grated cheese, press the middle with your thumb...
  • Bake at 130c, fire up and down for 35-40 minutes.. (bake over low heat for a long time will make cookies more crunchy)
  • after cooked, let it cool
  • spray with chocolate or ovomaltin, wait for the filling to set then put it in an airtight container
