Thumbprint Cheese Cookies Ingredients
- 150 gr low protein flour (roasted dl)
- 50 gr powdered milk
- 50 gr cornstarch
- 125 gr cold butter (I used full butter)
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 gr grated cheese (wind first)
Topping Material
- Grated parmesan/cheddar cheese
- Chocolate marmalade/ovomaltine/biskoff
How to Make Thumbprint Cheese Cookies
- Just beat the butter & sugar for a while, add the kutel and mix well..
- Add flour, milk, cornstarch and grated cheese.. Round the dough
- Dip in egg white, then roll in grated cheese, press the middle with your thumb...
- Bake at 130c, fire up and down for 35-40 minutes.. (bake over low heat for a long time will make cookies more crunchy)
- after cooked, let it cool
- spray with chocolate or ovomaltin, wait for the filling to set then put it in an airtight container
