Simple Chocolate Parfait
Ingredients
- 150 gr chocolate Callebaut 811
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 300 ml full cream liquid milk
- 65 gr sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
Shake Stiff
- 100 gr whipped cream powder
- 200 ml cold liquid milk
How to make
- 1. Mix chocolate and cocoa powder, melt in a double boiler
- 2. Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan until it boils. set aside
- 3. In a separate saucepan, beat the sugar and eggs until thick and pale. Slowly pour the warm liquid milk while whisking at high speed into the egg mixture and then pour the mixture into the saucepan. cook until boiling and thickened. lift
- 4. Mix the mixture into the melted chocolate. mix well
- 5. Mix whipped cream powder with 200 ml of cold full cream milk until fluffy and stiff. set aside
- 7. Add the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream, beat little by little while still stirring
- 8. Pour into a container, chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
- 9. serve cold
- tips:
- The taste of this chocolate is very rich but melts quickly. So it's best to serve it just after it's out of the fridge.
