Vanilla Chocochips Muffins

Material 1

  • 280 gr low protein flour
  • 25 g milk powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • tsp salt
  • 150 gr chocochips (100 into the mix, 50 gr for topping)

Material 2

  • 60 gr margarine melted in the oven, wait for it to warm
  • 60 gr cooking oil
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 buttermilk (250 ml milk + 3 tbsp lime juice)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla paste/essence

How to make

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180 delci (adjust each oven)
  • 2. Make homemade buttermilk: mix 250 ml of milk + 3 tablespoons of lime juice, then let it rest for 10 minutes
  • 3. Sift flour, milk, baking powder, baking soda set aside
  • 4. Mix all ingredients 1, in a bowl except the chocochips
  • 5. Mix all ingredients 2 in a separate bowl using a whisk, lastly enter the chocochips, just mix well
  • 6. Mix ingredients 1 into ingredients 2, gradually, stir slowly & briefly
  • 7. Prepare a muffin tin measuring 30×30, top diameter 7, bottom diameter 4, which has been smeared with thin margarine, or directly using muffin cups
  • Sprinkle with chocochips on top, bake for 25 minutes / until cooked
