Wingko Black Glutinous
Ingredients
- - 300 gr black glutinous rice flour
- – 500 gr young grated coconut
- - 100 gr butter (melted)
- – 5 tbsp sugar
- - a little salt
- - to taste coconut milk, kurleb 100 ml
How to make
- - Mix all ingredients together, mix well. If you feel the dough is still dry, add more coconut milk until the dough is moist
- Take the dough to taste, round it and press it so that it is flat. Do it until the dough runs out
- – heat up teflon / happycall. Bake the dough on low heat. Back and forth so that the wingko is cooked. Serve
