Ingredients

  • - 300 gr black glutinous rice flour
  • – 500 gr young grated coconut
  • - 100 gr butter (melted)
  • – 5 tbsp sugar
  • - a little salt
  • - to taste coconut milk, kurleb 100 ml

How to make

  • - Mix all ingredients together, mix well. If you feel the dough is still dry, add more coconut milk until the dough is moist
  • Take the dough to taste, round it and press it so that it is flat. Do it until the dough runs out
  • – heat up teflon / happycall. Bake the dough on low heat. Back and forth so that the wingko is cooked. Serve
