Ingredients

  • 325 gr wheat flour
  • 200 ml liquid milk
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 40 gr butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, then melt with 2-3 tablespoons water to form a paste (just use chocolate paste to make it easy )

How to make

  • – Except for butter and salt, mix all ingredients until smooth
  • - Once smooth, add butter and salt, then knead until the dough is elastic
  • – Divide the dough into two equal portions, add chocolate paste to one dough, knead again until the pasta and dough are well mixed.
  • - Roll out the chocolate dough until it is thin, the length adjusts to the size of the baking sheet used. set aside
  • - Roll out the white dough like the chocolate dough earlier, then overwrite it with the chocolate dough. Roll slowly and tightly.
  • – Proof dough for 45 minutes or rise until doubled.
  • – Oven at 180°C for 10 minutes on low heat, then 10 minutes on top heat. (different oven, different heat, adjust to each oven)
