Ingredients

  • 3 small whole eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • 40 gr brown sugar
  • 30 g sugar
  • 150 gr ripe Ambon bananas, mashed
  • Vanilla paste to taste
  • 100 gr protein flour. currently

  • 50 gr butter melted
  • 25 gr cooking oil

How to make

  • 1. Beat eggs, sugar, until thick.
  • 2. Add the mashed banana, vanilla, mix again for a while.
  • 4. Add the sifted dry ingredients, mix well
  • 5. Add butter & oil, mix well with a spatula, pour into a mold that has been smeared with oil until it is almost full.
  • 6. Oven with a temperature of 170 ° C fire up and down (the oven has been preheated) until cooked, remove from the pan.

  • 55 gr butter
  • 90 gr powdered sugar (originally 180 gr)
