Ingredients

  • – 150 gr butter / margarine
  • – 70 grams of powdered sugar
  • – 50 gr palm sugar
  • – 1 egg small size
  • – 125 grams of low protein flour
  • – 75 gr Milo 3 in 1
  • – 75 grams of oatmeal
  • – 75 gr DCC (coarsely chopped)
  • – 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • – 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • – 1/4 tsp Larome vanilla milk (this makes it fragrant, skip it if you don't have it)

How to make

  • – In a bowl mix: margarine / butter, powdered sugar, palm sugar and eggs. Stir well
  • - Enter various dry ingredients. Stir well. Then enter the dcc pieces. Stir again
  • - Store the dough in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, take 1 spoon of dough and arrange it on a baking sheet (give some space),
  • ** because I made it late at night, so first put the dough in the refrigerator to continue tomorrow.. if you want to go straight into the oven, keep the dough in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • – Oven at 170'c for 10 – 13 minutes (don't overbake it).
