Cassava Cake

Material 1 (Bottom)

  • 1 kg of cassava
  • 50 gr melted butter
  • 100 gr sugar (you can add more if it's not enough)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 150 ml evaporated milk
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 5 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 60 gr grated cheese

Topping

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp spready cheese (creamchesse)
  • 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 30 g grated cheese
  • 200 ml coconut milk

Step

  • • Grate cassava, squeeze out the water, then preheat the oven to 170°-180°c
  • • In a bowl mix all ingredients 1 stir until everything is well mixed. Pour into a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and lined with baking paper, oven for about 35-40 minutes, put on the middle rack
  • • While waiting for ingredient 1 to be cooked, add all the ingredients for the saucepan until it thickens, then pour it on top of ingredient 1, flatten the oven for another 20 minutes or until the top is brown. Cool and ready to serve. good luck
