Bottom Layer Bahan

  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 80 ml pandan deposit
  • 120 ml thick coconut milk

Top Layer Material

  • 3 large eggs (if small use 4)
  • 150 gr brown sugar, finely comb
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 drop Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp white skim
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 400 ml thick coconut milk

How to Make Pandan Sarimuka

  • • Boil the coconut milk until it boils, let it cool
  • • Heat the steamer, grease a baking sheet with oil (I also lined it with food grade plastic, so it's easy to remove)
  • • Mix all the bottom layer ingredients, then steam for 10 minutes (in the first 5 minutes stir the dough so it doesn't get wet on top)
  • • Beat the eggs, brown sugar, salt, vanilla, skim until the sugar is dissolved, then add the flour, stir again while pouring the coconut milk, if there are lumps of dough, strain and then steam it over the green layer for 25-30 minutes, after it's cooked, let the cake cool. then cut, Ready to serve ️
