Ingredients

  • 275 gr chopped prawns
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp stock powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • 2 btr white bwg puree
  • 4 btr red bwg puree
  • 1 pack of white bread cut into small cubes (I use whole wheat bread)
  • 30 g grated cheese

How to Cook

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together except white bread
  • 2. Roll the dough using 2 small spoons, roll it over the slices of white bread
  • 3. Freeze the prawn balls in the freezer for 1 hour
  • 4. Warm the oil, fry the prawn balls over medium-low heat until cooked, serve

Fried Tips

  • - You don't have to heat the oil until it's very hot, just warm the oil. If the oil is too hot, when the prawn balls enter, the bread will get crispy quickly, while the inside is not yet cooked. Fry on a low to medium flame..
