Mini Dried Siomay
Ingredients
- Dumpling skin, to taste (1 sheet cut into 9 squares)
- 250gr tapioca flour
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, puree
- 2 tsp mushroom stock powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 250ml boiling water
- Cooking oil, a bit much for frying
How to make
- 1. Mix all ingredients (except cooking oil), mix well.
- 2. Add hot water little by little, mix well until the dough is solid (not runny).
- 3. Heat the cooking oil.
- 4. Fill the dough into the dumpling skin, fry over a candle flame (very low) until crispy & crispy.
- 5. Remove, drain & store in a jar.
