mini dried siomay

Ingredients

  • Dumpling skin, to taste (1 sheet cut into 9 squares)
  • 250gr tapioca flour
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 2 tsp mushroom stock powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 250ml boiling water
  • Cooking oil, a bit much for frying

How to make

  • 1. Mix all ingredients (except cooking oil), mix well.
  • 2. Add hot water little by little, mix well until the dough is solid (not runny).
  • 3. Heat the cooking oil.
  • 4. Fill the dough into the dumpling skin, fry over a candle flame (very low) until crispy & crispy.
  • 5. Remove, drain & store in a jar.
