Material A

  • 200 gr mackerel fillet
  • 250 gr wheat flour
  • 250 hot water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper

Material B

  • 275 gr sago flour
  • 3 stalks spring onion

Sambal Ingredients

  • 100 gr roasted peanuts
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 pcs cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp cooking vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 200 ml water

How to make

  • -Mix all ingredients A blend for 30 seconds as long as it's just mixed, transfer to a container then add the spring onions..
  • -Stir until smooth, then add the sago flour gradually.. stir until blended
  • -round long then boil until it floats
  • -fry until brown, remove and drain
  • *This recipe can also be used for grilled/steamed brains, wrapped in leaves, moms, the dough is wrapped in leaves and then steamed and then grilled

Chilli sauce

  • -Blender fried peanuts until smooth, then mix with spices and water, blend again until smooth then boil
  • - add salt, sugar & vinegar, taste test, lift and serve
