Ingredients

  • 225 gr macaroni elbow (me : 1 bks macaroni elbow 206 brand LaFon**)
  • 1.5 liters of water to boil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • The oil for frying

Spice

  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp chicken royco (you don't want any kind of broth)
  • Salt, optional if you want it saltier
  • Mix all the above ingredients in a closed container.

How to make

  • 1. Bring water to a boil, add vegetable oil. Add macaroni.
  • 2. Boil until soft enough (about 7-8 minutes), remove and drain.
  • 3. In a bowl containing cornstarch, add boiled macaroni (split by 2 times), mix well.
  • 4. Fry in hot oil over medium heat. If the gurgling of oil has started to disappear, the sign can be removed, drain.
  • 5. Wait a bit to cool, put it in a container containing the spices, shake until well mixed. Enjoy.
