Kiamboy Apple Mango Candied
Ingredients
- • 4 young mangoes (required young)
- • 4 green apples can be red
- • 9 items Kiamboy
- • 5 pieces of chili sauce
- • 4 pieces of curly red chili (according to taste you can use cayenne pepper)
- • 350 ml of water must be cooked
- • 5 tablespoons of sugar
How to make
- 1. Peel the mango then wash it and cut it lengthwise
- For free apples, do you want to peel them or not, if I don't peel them, then cut them into small pieces
- 2. Chilli cut according to taste and orange chili sauce split into 2 parts
- 3. Prepare a container, add sugar, boiled water, Kiamboy, chopped chilies and chili lime, just take the water. Then stir until the sugar is dissolved
- When the sugar has dissolved, add the chopped young mango and apple. Stir well until all the fruit is submerged or wet
- 4. Put the sweets in a closed container if you want to store them in the refrigerator
- These Kiamboy sweets can be served directly, it's better to store them overnight in the refrigerator so that it is more pervasive, cold and fresh
