Pearl Banana Compote

pearl banana compote

Ingredients

  • 8 large kepok bananas, cut in half
  • 100gr pearls
  • 2 pandan leaves, conclude
  • 130 ml coconut milk KARA
  • 150gr palm sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 800-1000ml water (to taste)

How to make

  • pearl: boil water, add pearl. Cook for 5 minutes, turn off the stove. Cover the pot 30 minutes, cook another 7 minutes. Lift, drain.
  • Cook the water along with palm sugar and granulated sugar. Let it boil, add pandan leaves and salt. Stir well.
  • Enter the coconut milk, stir so it doesn't break then add the banana pieces, stir and cook until the bananas are cooked.
  • add pearls, taste correction. Lift and serve.
