Ingredients

  • Spring roll skin
  • 1 piece of corn vermicelli
  • Egg
  • Carrot
  • Mushroom
  • Leek
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Mushroom powder broth
  • Salt and sugar
  • A little flour solution as adhesive.

Ground spices

  • 4 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Pepper

How to make

  • - Boil the vermicelli until soft, remove and set aside
  • - Saute ground spices until cooked add eggs, mix well
  • - Add vegetables, mushrooms and vermicelli, add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, mushroom powder broth, salt and sugar, cook until cooked.

Solution

  • - Take a sheet of spring roll skin, give enough filling, fold it according to taste and glue it with a solution of flour. Do it to the end.
  • - Fry spring rolls until brown. Lift. Serve with dipping sauce or cayenne pepper.
