Spring Rolls Vermicelli
Ingredients
- Spring roll skin
- 1 piece of corn vermicelli
- Egg
- Carrot
- Mushroom
- Leek
- Sweet soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Mushroom powder broth
- Salt and sugar
- A little flour solution as adhesive.
Ground spices
- 4 red onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Pepper
How to make
- - Boil the vermicelli until soft, remove and set aside
- - Saute ground spices until cooked add eggs, mix well
- - Add vegetables, mushrooms and vermicelli, add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, mushroom powder broth, salt and sugar, cook until cooked.
Solution
- - Take a sheet of spring roll skin, give enough filling, fold it according to taste and glue it with a solution of flour. Do it to the end.
- - Fry spring rolls until brown. Lift. Serve with dipping sauce or cayenne pepper.
