Ingredients

  • 250 gr green pearl sago
  • 2 pandan leaves in a knot
  • 2 liters of Water
  • 250 gr Palm Sugar finely combed
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 150 ml Water
  • 1 Sheet of Pandan Leaves knotted
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk @karasantan.id
  • 100 ml Water
  • 2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in a little water
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 1 Sheet of Pandan Leaves knotted

How to make

  • 1. Bring the water and pandan leaves to a boil, after boiling add the Sago Mutiara, and boil for 15 minutes until the color is shiny. After that, remove and rinse with cold water. set aside
  • 2. Boil palm sugar, granulated sugar, pandan leaves, and water, until the sugar dissolves and slightly thickens, remove and strain. set aside
  • 3. Mix coconut milk Kara @karasantan.id water, salt and cornstarch solution, stir well and cook until boiling and thick, remove and set aside.
  • 4. Preparation: Prepare a serving glass/bowl, add pearl porridge, pour palm sugar and pour Kara coconut milk sauce on top, garnish with pandan leaves and serve.
