Brown Sugar Pudding
Material A
- 2L Clean Water
- 400 gr good quality brown sugar – comb
- 100 gr granulated sugar
Material B
- 150 ml of Clean Water
- 3 Bks Agar² Chocolate
- 5 Whole Eggs – beat off
- 3 Packs of Instant Coconut
- 3 Drops of Vanilla Paste
- 2 Drops of Brown Color Paste (option)
How to make
- Cook brown sugar & granulated sugar until dissolved then strain with a fine sieve so that dirt does not show into the pudding. set aside
- In a medium bowl, mix & mix well together; water, agar², instant coconut milk and chocolate paste
- After mixed well, pour the agar solution into the brown sugar water solution and then cook the agar again until it boils while continuing to stir well
- Finally, pour in the eggs and stir occasionally. If you want a smooth moss texture, you can stir it continuously. If you want the moss texture to be big, just stir it slowly once in a while
- Wait until it boils again, turn off the stove, let the hot steam dissipate and then pour it into molds with a diameter of 24″ and 15
- * For chocolate paste, the option is yes if you want the color to be more brown. The results of agar² without pasta are more likely to be light brown because the pudding dough uses coconut milk
- * Use a good vanilla paste so it doesn't leave a fishy smell of eggs
