Hong Kong Egg Tart

Leather

  • 175 gr all purpose flour/medium protein
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 100 gr Margarine/Butter
  • 1 egg yolk

Custard Filling Ingredients

  • 100 ml of liquid whipped cream
  • 85 gr sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method

  • 1. : mix all ingredients into 1, knead until grainy. Put them together, make fists, grind and then print on a pie mold that has been smeared with margarine.
  • 2. Pierce the middle with the tip of a fork, set aside.
  • (I oven for -/+ 15 min at 180°C ️ -𝟖𝟖𝟑𝟎)
  • 3. : stir all ingredients into 1 using a balloon whisk until well blended, strain.
  • 4. Pour on the pie crust. Bake in the oven at 160°C until golden brown. For -/+ 40 minutes
  • (I oven for -/+ 45 min temperature 150°C ️ -𝟖𝟖𝟑𝟎)
