Brownies Crispy Cookies
Ingredients
- 120 gr dark cooking chocolate (Colatta)
- 50 grams of powdered sugar, sifted
- 50 gr unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 60 gr all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp good quality cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- enough melted white chocolate for topping
How to cook
- 1. Melt the butter and dark cooking chocolate in a double boiler
- 2. Beat eggs and powdered sugar with a mixer on low speed until soft and pale
- 3. Add the butter and DCC mixture, mix well
- 4. Add flour, cocoa powder and salt, mix well
- 5. Put it in a plastic triangle, print it on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- 6. Oven at 160° for 15 minutes
- 7. Take it out, let it cool, after it cools down, decorate with melted white chocolate, let it cool and then put it in a tight jar.
