Brownies Crispy Cookies

Ingredients

  • 120 gr dark cooking chocolate (Colatta)
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar, sifted
  • 50 gr unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 60 gr all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp good quality cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • enough melted white chocolate for topping

How to cook

  • 1. Melt the butter and dark cooking chocolate in a double boiler
  • 2. Beat eggs and powdered sugar with a mixer on low speed until soft and pale
  • 3. Add the butter and DCC mixture, mix well
  • 4. Add flour, cocoa powder and salt, mix well
  • 5. Put it in a plastic triangle, print it on a baking tray lined with baking paper
  • 6. Oven at 160° for 15 minutes
  • 7. Take it out, let it cool, after it cools down, decorate with melted white chocolate, let it cool and then put it in a tight jar.
